ATTENTION: TO HELP PREVENT CREDIT CARD FRAUD, YOUR I.D. AND CREDIT CARD ARE REQUIRED WHEN PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS AT THE WILL CALL BOOTH.

 

PLEASE SKIP THE TICKET BOOTH AND TAKE YOUR ONLINE TICKET DIRECTLY TO THE QUEUE LINE. After Credit Card/I.D. verification your online ticket will be scanned, and you will enter the event queue line. By purchasing online you have avoided the often very long lines at the box-office.

 

DO NOT DUPLICATE! If for any reason a copy of this ticket is made, the first scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be allowed entry, while the second ticket with the same bar code will be denied access. This ticket admits one person. It is good for one day ONLY. All other coupons, discounts or special offers are NOT valid with the ticket.

 

Return and Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. No refunds of service fees.

 

Severe Weather Policy: In the highly unlikely event we must close due to severe weather conditions (such as severe snow storms, hurricanes, power outages, etc), your tickets can be used as a general admission any day we are open. If we are closed due to severe weather conditions, it will be posted on our voicemail system at 201-716-2827. If we are forced to close due to severe weather conditions on a day we were scheduled to open for a one night special event, your tickets can be used for the next special event. We hold 13 per year. Unfortunately, we cannot make up an event if it is canceled due to severe weather conditions. For 13 Haunted Events Pass holders, an event cancelation due to extreme weather conditions does not grant the purchaser any form of refund or discount.

 

Shipping Policy: All on-line ticket purchases are printed from your computer. You must have a printer. For schools, organizations, clubs, large parties and businesses that are purchasing by check (requires 15 day clearance period so book early), your physical tickets will be mailed to you, and you may proceed directly to the queue line on the night of your attendance.

 

Privacy/Security policy: Brighton Asylum DOES NOT sell or distribute the data we collect during the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your tickets, and to contact you regarding specific fair related activities. When you place an order for tickets you will be transferred to a secure website. All personal information, including credit card information, is communicated to us using encryption technology that prevents a third party from gaining access to this information.
