In 2011, you experienced Brighton Asylum, re-opened for the first time since 1952, and called "one of the scariest experiences ever" by those who attended. But NOTHING can prepare you for what you will experience now. First, a reminder on the history of "Brighton Asylum"...

Brighton's industrial complex is a series of warehouses that were used for housing the sick and mentally disabled back in the mid 1940's. After years of harsh living conditions and grotesque medical experiments, the patients eventually over-ran the facility, and seized control of it.
For years, locals complained of screams coming from the complex in the middle of the night. In an attempt to hide the facility from prying eyes, a mansion was built around the exterior of the asylum with a secret passage way leading to it through the walls of the house. Finally, the state investigated into several staff disappearances, and the complex was permenantly closed in 1952.
No patients or staff were ever found. Some say that on foggy nights, patients and staff can still be seen wandering in and out of the complex. Those brave enough to enter the abandoned asylum are never seen nor heard from again....

Now, coming in 2012, you will experience an all new level of terror. Don't let them see you...don't let them touch you,..and whatever you do, ..DON'T ...LET...THEM ...BITE YOU! Brighton Asylum: Infectious... starting Oct. 5th, the government will quarantine the Asylum, ...with no way out, ...a spreading virus, ...and you trapped inside! Not for the faint of heart!

Its 2012 and the world is coming to an end in the form of a full blown zombie apocalypse. A virus is spreading so rapidly it cant be stopped. No cure exists. All we know is that it spreads through bodily fluids such as blood and saliva. Scratches, bites, even casual contact can cause infection. The incubation period can be very rapid. Could be minutes to hours. An infected person begins to lose higher brain function, eventually displaying only primal behavior, with a desire to attack those who are not infected. Nothing seems to stop the infected short of disabling the brain. We dont know much more than that at this time. We have an evacuation procedure which if you follow, you may stand a chance of escaping with your life. There is a government safe house that promises to be infection free, but getting there remains to be a challenge. The procedure is as follows:

The government has formed a staging ground at Depiero's Country Farm (address below). You will arrive at our holding area where you will be scanned for viruses. The infected will be quarantined. All others will board our wagons as we attempt to evacuate you from the area. There WILL be the ocassional encounter with the "infected" so be on the alert. A government agent will be assigned to each wagon to protect you. However, that protection, as well as the wagons, can only go so far! To reach the government safe house, you will have to make it the rest of the way ON FOOT through zombie infested lands. You will be traveling the rest of the way UNESCORTED as our agents are needed in the loading process. Don't travel alone and stay close together. Once on foot, we have no idea how many infected could be encountered. Will you make it safely to the government safe house? Will you survive the zombie apocalypse uninfected? Find out starting Oct. 5th, 2012.

We remain open in light drizzle conditions but close in heavy downpours. We also close in strong wind conditions (40mph +). See original props and costumes from dozens of your favorite horror/sci-fi films. We are the ONLY haunt in the world to have this attraction as it currently stands. Others have tried to copy us, but these props and costumes are almost IMPOSSIBLE to obtain, so other haunts put replicas of common props and costumes in their museums that they purchase off ebay. Not so with us. Every prop and costume in our museum comes straight from the movie studios. We have the most insane props and costumes ever shown to the public.
